SHIPPING & HANDLING:
Upon placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email/call from our Customer Service team. Once your order has been confirmed, it will be dispatched to your given address. Please note, credit card processing can take up to 4-6 business days, depending on the accuracy of the information provided. If the item(s) on your order are out of stock in our warehouse, they will not be shipped until we have received and processed the back ordered inventory. You will be informed via phone or email in case a shipment is delayed due to any given reason. Your order should be delivered within 3 – 5 business days via our trusted courier service partner. Tracking details will be shared with you via email.
RETURNS & REFUNDS:
Please note that due to differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen, therefore products cannot be exchanged for this reason. We will only exchange or refund any product(s), if the product(s) received has any kind of manufacturing defect or shipping error. Contact our customer service center by emailing us images of defected product at info@sidex.com.pk or calling us on these numbers +92340-0009449 within 7 days of purchase. Please note that the product must be unused with the labels attached. After our team reviews the product, you will be offered an exchange with same price value product. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow 5-7 business days for the processing of returns and up to 7-8 business days for the credit to appear on your account.
- We have no refund policy. We don’t offer cash refunds in any case.
- Items Bought on sale prices can never be exchanged or returned in any case.
- Claims/Complains can take 5 to upto 15 days to be closed depends on the case as well as the stock availability.
